Who is PT Randevu for?
PT Randevu is built specifically for personal trainers (PTs), fitness, boxing, kickboxing, MMA, muay thai and functional training studios. Class packages, membership periods and trainer calendars are managed from one panel.
What are Remind Flow and Vet Flow, and which sectors do they serve?
Remind Flow is the operations panel that solves smart calendar, customer history and automatic reminder workflows for any business that runs on appointments. Vet Flow is our vertical SaaS solution for veterinary clinics that manages patient (pet) records, owner details and the clinic exam calendar with vet–reception sync.
How do I open an account to try the products?
Each product opens in its own panel. PT Randevu registration is at ptrandevu.termitsoftware.com/Login/Register. The Remind Flow panel is at remindflow.termitsoftware.com/login, and the Vet Flow panel at vetflow.termitsoftware.com/login. Trial accounts for Remind Flow and Vet Flow are requested from the product page or the contact form.
Do the web panel and mobile app come together?
Yes. While the management panel stays in your browser, our Flutter mobile apps run in sync for your field team. Trainers on the floor, vets in clinic and reception at the desk see the same live data.

Is system setup or server infrastructure required?
No. Our products are 100% cloud-based (SaaS) solutions. No server investment or complex setup is required; once your account is open you start using them from the browser and mobile.
Why are Turkey and United Kingdom addresses listed?
Termit Software is a software company registered in the United Kingdom (London, Covent Garden). We maintain contact and operations channels in both regions to run our global operations and serve local-market customers without interruption.
How are personal data and contact forms protected?
Name, email, phone and message details you send through our contact forms are protected in line with KVKK and GDPR standards. Our site does not use unnecessary analytics tools or third-party data trackers.
