1. Scope and Service Types

This policy covers vertical B2B SaaS subscription/software services offered by Termit Store Ltd (Company Number: 16986224) under the Termit Software and Termitstore brands, and physical/electronic hardware products that may be offered in the future.

2. Cancellation and Refund for SaaS (Software / Subscription) Services

Under Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, “services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly” fall outside the right of withdrawal. However, Termit Store Ltd handles SaaS subscription cancellation requests as follows in the interest of customer satisfaction:

• Users may cancel SaaS subscriptions for the next period at any time from their account panels or by notifying contactus@termitsoftware.com.
• Service use continues until the end of the cancelled period; no charge is taken for the following period.

3. Right of Withdrawal for Physical and Electronic Products (Future Hardware)

For purchases of physical hardware or electronic products, the Consumer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.

• Return shipping: After giving notice of withdrawal, the product must be sent complete within 10 days in its original packaging, with accessories and invoice, via our contracted courier.
• Non-returnable products: The right of withdrawal cannot be used for electronic/hardware products whose packaging or protective seal has been opened, damaged or used.

4. Refund of Payment

For returns made in accordance with this policy, the product/service price is refunded to the buyer within 14 days by the same method used for payment (credit card/bank account).
