1. Digital / SaaS Service Delivery

SaaS software services under Termitstore (PT Randevu, Remind Flow, Vet Flow, etc.) are activated for use instantly (electronically) after payment and account approval. No physical courier shipment is made.

2. Physical and Electronic Product Delivery (Order Preparation and Delivery Time)

Physical hardware or electronic product orders purchased through our site are prepared and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. No courier despatch is made on weekends or public holidays.

• Delivery by the courier is usually completed within 1–4 business days depending on the address.

3. Shipping Cost and Tracking

Your order's shipping cost and any free-shipping threshold are shown clearly on the payment screen. When your order is despatched, the tracking number is sent to your email address.

4. Damaged Package Delivery

If you see crushing, tearing or water damage on the package at courier delivery, do not accept the package and have the courier officer prepare a “Damage Assessment Report”. Notify us of the report and the situation at contactus@termitsoftware.com and your case will be resolved quickly.
